I am using the neon also on PS2. It seems as if it was the fastest car for the buck at the start. It is not like money really matters in the game though. I have about 30,000 and have nothing to spend it on. It sucks that you need to get to certain levels before being able to buy certain things. I am not very far in the game though.

Me- "I don't think you would stand a chance." Cop says "probably not" and drives off.
