I have a very old (no comments) but very accurate NSK and a Brown & Sharpe. I still prefer the NSK by a long shot. I have had dozens over the years from B&S, Mitutoyo, Sterret etc, and the NSK is still my favorite. I like it due to the accuracy and the dual dial etc. For Digitals, I like the Brown & Sharpe.
