I've been ticketed 6 times for speeding in the last 4 years, 3 no front plate, 2 faulty headlight, and 2 stops for other misc. things. And they were ALL MY FAULT... It was my choice to speed, and take my front plate off, and I let the broken headlight sit in my car for 2 weeks too long. No one forces us to do things we know we can get caught for.
