I wouldn't get too excited about that guy. There have been probably 5-10 serious people in the past couple years on Tooners who were all about building there own manifold. There was even one guy who claimed to have been working with some local engineering firm and had consistent access to a dyno to refine his design. As far as I've ever seen, none of the manifolds ever amounted to anything, including Mr. Engineer & Dyno.
