You can't ban Joe, he is a fixture here. I think he gets away with just about as much as Tom does, well maybe not that much.

Oh yeah and I gave myself a new avatar, do you guys like it? I think it fits me well since I am such a Nazi jerk. BTW AJ said its ok, so I don't want to see tears running down my screen about it.
