I saw this on ESPN and I had to find it and post it up.

One of a series of four closely placed billboards in Madison, Wis., that poke fun at Randy Moss of the Vikings, in the style of recent commercials for charge cards.

This billboard pokes fun at the fine Randy Moss received after squirting a referee with a water bottle

And the last billboard provides the punchline to the joke on the Vikings' Randy Moss.
