Excellent, completely by accident and without any intention of it, I have found a new form of weight reduction although I don't think I would recommend it to anyone
Went to the annual doctors appt yesterday and they ran a billion freaking test on me and one of the things they found out is I had been losing bone material. Interesting, not quite osteoperosis and probably reversible with this calcium crap they gave me. I seriously thought only Grandma's like Vicious had to worry about this stuff.. Now the dilemma is, do I take the stupid pills and fix it or let it go for a while and be minus a few pounds but be quicker to pick up parts in the Mighty Max?
