Review: Okay, as my NON-biased review, I'd say this man is definitely one of the best/unique vocalists I've heard to this day.

He's a singer/songwriter that isn't afraid to speak his mind personally and explicitly. Pure hearted and full of energy, this musician's mind is full of randomness. Unlike many other artists, he's not just one "genre" or style of music. Generally, he could be considered folk/rock/pop but he's got more than that. There's
a lot of heart and soul, free flowing misc. raps, covers of rap/pop-ular random songs, Scatting, operatic moments, freestyle flowing, and overall witty lyrics put into place to make this man who he is and what he performs. I guess either you appreciate his talent, or you think he's a fake/wannabe but really inside you know he's got a gift of a voice.
Sounds like: Jason Mraz
Other similar artists: John Mayer(just another acoustic guitarist), Jamie Callum(another artist accompanied with an instrument), Jack Johnson, Coldplay, Gavin DeGraw, Damien Rice
Last comment: Pretty much if you didn't really feel his released songs - The Remedy & You and I Both was your type of music, it's ok. The live stuff is what shows what he really does anyhow.
The new album will sound like what his new vibe is. I'd say it's a mix of Coldplay, his Live Tonight, Not Again album, and everything put together. He's got funk in it, he's got jazz, he's got pop, soul and hiphop accents all intertwined into it.
Here's an example of how the freestyle flowing usually goes and the cool lyrics he randomly applies.
