Re: Track Time, maybe.

The Good, the Bad and the UEGO.

The Good
Best pass of the evening
12.48 @ 110.82
1.84 60-foot
18 psi on a rich mix (820 deg EGT)

My last run was a 12.96 @ 111.33
2.26 60-foot (bogged the engine on launch which sucked)

The Bad
72 deg outside air temps (didn't get as cool as we all hoped)
87% humidity (yuk)
93 octane unleaded

The UEGO
Not what I really hoped for, I know there is more power to be made. Just need more tuning. Wideband O2 is my next purchase. I don't trust my stock o2 sensor. Although it's almost new, for the same fuel settings, psi and airflow it could read from run to run, .94v to 1.02v. Probably being effected by heat.

I'm not all that dissappointed though. It's only .3 seconds and 4.5 mph slower than my best time on my 2g 2.0L running c16 @ 25 psi with more timing.

Oddly enough, I did try adding boost (up to 23 psi while reducing the timing, logged .7 to 1.1 deg of knock retard). Didn't have any real effect on the power. I was only able to get 5 runs in, but my mph was from 110.09 to 111.33 from all of them. The increase in mph could have been from me getting closer to getting it right or possibly a little cooler air coming in to play.
