I have decided to change it up and members are no longer require to make their first post iin one area. They still can't start a topic in off topic right away, or classifieds, but they can no at least reply to others thread and post in other areas. Then after the first post they go into the groups as described in the other threads. So hopefully this will get more people involved that are new to the forums.
