How do I tighten it? I tried awhile ago and gave up. do i have to take the windsheild wiper motor out or anything theres 2 screws on the bottom that just turn and turn and turn. they wont come out. It gives off an annoying squeeking sound as I drive around. but hey, at least im driving!
