Yes, i use admin studio 5.5, i have created about hmm.. 1400 msi packages +/- few.. curently in our enviroment we have over 4500 different applications that i support.
we have sms as well as zenworks as main distribution systems.
i love Zen, but unfortunately it is going away from use here at ING and IBM. mostly due to IBM not carying of if it works, because they don't make any money from it, they want to use something that won't work, aka Tivoly, because it sells their product, even tho the customer is lacking the features and usability and quality, they are still going ahead with their product becaus that will make them 29 mil over next 7 years
