I wonder if a lot of it could be that they are bitting off more than they can chew so to speak. Taking on to many jobs and having to rush through things. With the growing popularity of the 2.4L, I would be willing to bet they are building a lot of motors. And you have to remember they are going racing and working on there own shit also. So that takes ever more time away from customer stuff. I have talked to Marco on the phone before, he seems like a nice guy, but he also seems really really busy, like he is getting pulled a million different directions at once.

I think vicious was a victim of them just wanting to say shit to make happy on the phone and not actually following through with stuff. I would be willing to bet that when you talked on the phone they didn't write down any pertinent information and just thought they would remember. And thats how a lot of stuff got missed on your build up.

Sorry to hear all that shit though, sounds like a big headache with a lot of money involved. Hopefully it will be worth it in the end.
