Just give it to Steve with the crisp $20 and let him do it. There is almost that much cost involved in doing it as well as the fair amount of labor to buff it out. I don't recommend using an electric buffer at any high RPM as it will burn the plastic and make it worse. I have had good luck using meguires buffing compounds, but they are not cheap.
