I watched the special as well and the most important point of the whole thing was the first thing that the guy said that got 78 months... I take full responsibilty for MY actions and I do admit to driving wrecklessly and not following the law.... why is it that he does NOT get charged for what he admits but gets charged for murder.. also the van that they hit should be held responsible they were in the way of the race and witnessed the accident.. hense put them in jail too according to the logic set forth by this judge. I am sorry but I would have been with the 6yr term also because I do not feel anyway responsible for anyone choosing to race me..
why not make these kids do presentations (community svc) showing why not to race once a month for 6yrs or something like that.. or have them be incharge of fund raising to get a track where racing can be done safely..
