The point here isn't the cars involved. It's the fact that doesn't anyone else find it wrong that you can be charged based on other peoples actions.


It's COMPLETE HORSE SHIT!!!! What the fuck is wrong with judges/lawyers/system thinking this is ok?

It's like someone breaks into your house hurts themselves and then sue's you.... You are responsible to pay for there pain/suffering, etc. What the hells up with that?

It's like a women says your the father of her baby you start paying child support then you find out later that she lied... But the coart system says you aren't entitled to a refund for the money spent, and on top of that you have to continue paying child support till the child is 18year old.....What the hells up with that?

I guess I just don't get it? If the coarts think it's ok for use to get fined/Jailed, etc for stuff like this, but then turn there heads or think it's ok for officers/government officials etc. it's freaking rediculious.

How can one be legal and the other not be? - it either is or it isn't period.
