Another old Honda guy here.

Probably the main relay under the dash. Or possibly a loose connection somewhere. Could also be a faulty igniter on the distributor. Need a little more info on what it actually does when you turn the key (ie. what sounds does it make or not make).

If it cranks but doesn't start, check the distributor cap. They tend to get a build up underneath them. Clean it out or get a new cap, rotor, wires, plugs, fuel filter and air filter. That way you have the full tune up done. And maybe do an oil change at the same time. That way everything is fresh and new and you can begin the maintenance schedule knowing what has been done and when.

Congrats. You now have a car that you know (once you get it running) will run when you DSM breaks. It's always good to have a backup.
If you need help working on it, let me know. I have lots of spare parts laying around including an entire 89 DX engine (that still runs, a bi-product of an engine swap) to pluck small parts from.
