I drove the car around a bit tonight. The boost gauge pretty much reads 0 at idle. The boost gauge works fine. The turbo (14b) spools by ~2900rpm and holds a constant 8-9psi until redline. I have been told my boost leak could be the turbo. The turbo boosts fine so that is not hte problem right? I cannot hear any leaks on a boost leak test as the air is rushing out too quick. Any idea what it could be? I replaced all vaccum lines and the ic piping was made by me. The IC came off James' car and worked fine. The wastegate is not stuck open.
