i got pulled over a year and some ago, and he axed for my insurance, and i pulled out the car and it was expired, and i was like, "i swear i had the latest card.. blah blah blah" and he wrote me a fix it ticket. then when i got home i looked through the golvebox and found the current card.
was your ticked like a fix it ticket where you show them you have it, and then they drop it? can that happen in your case?
