I have, redline seems very thin. It does shift a little nicer than the BG2, but it does not seem to protect as well. I used Redline in 2 trannies once they started to get a little notchy and they went pretty quick after that. I used BG2 in one that was to the same point and it lasted much longer.

Tranny fluid is like a lot of things that can't be measured, it is personal preference. I used one quart of royal purple and 2 quarts of Neo. It really seems sweet. When you think about it, it is only $20 extra to go with the Neo. I think it is worth it, but YMMV.
