Holy bring back post from the dead batman.
#1 will be crossed off (or pretty damn close) by December.
#2 is a lost cause right now, but it is going down at least.
#3 isn't going to happen for at least another year.
I can kind of cross off #4. I did sell the Subaru, but I wouldn't exactly call the 240 a "bad ass" daily driver.
It's tough to accomplish #5 when you also have to do #1 and #2
#6 no
#7 no
#8 check. I've met a few cool chicks this year, but I never said anything about a relationship.
