The Sportlines on the 2G are very low. I'd swap them out for a set of Eibach Pro's, they look good but won't have you in the weeds. Struts don't make much of a difference for bottoming out if you have good springs, which you do.

You could also have the fenders rolled a bit, I seem to remember that being a common problem a few years back. I'm guessing it's your rears that are scraping.
