By restricting the amount of uranium they have access to effectively shuts down the ability to create nuclear weapons.

The concentration of uranium required for a nuclear power plant is different then what's needed for an explosive.

Their current need and policy is to increase their power generation as their public/infrastructure is in dire need. The uranium they have access to will have to go to this cause, as they are spending billions on building new plants for increased capacity.

I work in the Nuclear Energy sector. By opening up their programs/country to oversight, we are better of then having them do whatever they do without anyone around at all.

Anything can be spun in any direction anyone wants based on their own beliefs. That seems like what politicalstyle is all about these days.
