Shits going to happen either way. Being stationed over in the states, it was enough trouble babysitting the drunks that had that gone look in there eyes. I'm certain I'd have had to wrestle a gun away from someone at least once if not multiple times if they had access. If I had to do it over, I'd take my chances unarmed again.
