I don't want to hear a thing about the "fears" of climate change as long as our government allows China to pollute like it does unchecked while allowing their cheap merchandise into the country with no penalties for pollution.

Look past the climate discussion and see the power/money manipulation going on. A lot of this comes from the fact that the extreme left wants the world populations reduced in numbers by a large percentage. What better way to do it than through man made shortages of resources, war and disease? All three of which are currently being used.
There is a clear cut consensus actually. I dont think you can get any more clear cut than what scientists say about man made climate change.
Secondly just because china does it, does not mean we should do it and add to it. By your logic we should have no child labor laws, or 40 hour work week, or minimum hourly wage, hell why not bring back slavery, and be slaves to manufacturers like FoxConn.
