I can understand that, and agree, for a local type place, but for a chain bar & grill type place with a set menu that doesn't vary much..meh...give me the kiosk. I like the personal attention and conversation with the bartender when sitting at the bar, but it's not like table waitresses at Applebee's are amazing intellectual conversationalists
