The best part of all this is that we're talking about it. Most of the people don't know or don't care and that is a huge problem for this country.

Sure we might have the biggest, baddest military, but it's spread really thin right now around the world leaving us somewhat vunerable. Could having a highly armed populous be the deterent from a true military conflit on our soil?

I still stand with my belief that the Bill of Rights is about you and me and what the government can not do, whether state or federal. The 2nd amendment is so clear and simple there is nothing to interpret. And it was written that way on purpose, clear and concise.
