Well with limited driving this morning (from my house to work)

I think I resolved the Exhaust leak. (Haven't boosted yet) but at least I didn't hear that annoying Exhaust leak sound.

I ended up "Notching" the 5th bolt hold as cutting the bolt wouldn't leave me enough thread left.

So what I tightened that Bolt first (it's an "Allen" Style Bolt) and there was no way I'd be able to get an Allen Wrench between the pipe and the bolt so I had to tighten it as far as I could then slide the 02 housing in place. But in the other 4 bolts, Tightened them down. And then came back with Vise Grips to tighten that 5th bolt.

And this time there was no gaps aroung the flange. So I was happy with it.

I then had to redo my Waste Gate RTV - Last time I installed it I installed the Dump tube first and then installed the waste gate onto the manifold. Well turns out the Dump tube is resting against the "V" Band Clamp so installing it that way didn't allow the bottom of the waste gate to seal.

so when I pulled if off I noticed that the "ring" that goes on the manifold side of the waste gate was actually pushed out a little bit, so it was not creating a seal.

All and All it sounds like I fixed everything. - But I do have to go back later at some time and change things.

Since I didn't finish till around 12:30am and I'd just put on the RTV (24hrs of cure time) I tried my hardest not to get on boost this morning. That way at least by lunch time there'll be 11hrs of Cure time.
