Yeah I definitely thought about doing some of the work myself. I just have a time issue now a days. I'm lucky if I can even get 30min a day to do 'stuff'. Maybe I can just be my own contractor and just find some framers and have them do their part. Then find an electrician and have him do his part, and so on. Part of me would like to just be able to hand someone the project though who already just knows what to do and just say "Go" and they just get it done.
