I am having problems with my computer reading link. Yesterday I went out and bought a serial to usb adapter installed all the software and all that fun stuff. My computer still wont read or recongnize my car. I tried it on my brothers computer as well. It wouldnt allow us to go online or capture anything. It tries to read it but just says failed. any pointers?
