Sure throwing parts at it is easiest, sometimes. Proper pinpoint diagnosis is the correct way.
He said he made adjustments then it wouldn't start. So we can't assume it's not a setting in ecmlink causing the no start.
Either way the 5v pegged TPS drops back to .63v during cranking which eliminates "clear flood mode" as the cause of the no start. It would need 5v while cranking to shut off the injectors.
Make sure you have your 5v going to the TPS. Also make sure the TPS sensor ground is good. The signal back to ecu should have a sweeping .63v-5v closed to fully open.
