It started to get good and then last night her and her friend who is 15 got pulled over for running a stoplight. Both got a breathalyzer and her 15yr old friend blew a .15 (DUI- .05 DWI- .10)

#1) I would file a harrassment and defemation, possibly filing a false police report about your neighbor. I don't know where you live, but 'round here, we don't take to kindly to grumpy old people with nothing better to do. (makes me sound old and white)
#2) That really sucks.
#3) Get the name of the officer, badge, and department. I do some digging...

Misconduct and abuse of power looks bad on a resume. :secret:
#4) Minnesota has a 0 Tolerance law. It doesn't matter what she blew, if she blows anything, she's screwed.
And just so you don't fuck yourself in the future on rules:
In MN, you will receive "Driving While Impared" or DWI. Technically, MN doesn't have a "DUI". And when you get a DWI, you get two charges. Driving While Impared, which tickets you for driving when you obviously shouldn't, and Driving with BAC Intoxilizer reading over .10
You usually get the second one dropped. Starting August 1st, the legal limit drops to .08
You will now receive harsher penalties for DWI, and you will most likely go to jail on a first offense, as opposed to now. Your second DWI will result most likely in the forfeiture of your car, and the license plates, which means you have to register the car again. When you do, you will receive what are known as "Whiskey Plates". They all start with a "W" followed by another letter, and 4 more numbers.
If you are driving over .20 OR you refuse to take the intoxillizer test, in most counties it bumps up to 2nd or 1st degree DWI, which is often a Gross Misdemeanor. .20 over is often a Felony. Both mean jail.
So be careful. But don't get screwed. Give me some more info on this "Cop" friend of yours.
