Link doesn't work for me either...

Searching NHRA's site I can find PDF's with the titles as:

2014%20Rule%20Book%20General%20Regulations_120413. pdf

2014%20ET%20Rule%20Book_120413.pdf

I can save the PDF's and send them to somebody to upload if anybody would like. I'm not smart enough to how to upload pdf's anywhere.

Edit: Tried using style's fancy upload feature. It work for anybody?
