10lbs each, carbon/kevlar. The pure carbon fiber ones are 5 lbs but not much padding on those, these are supposed to be more comfy than stock.

I don't have much more info on the laser, it's about 5" long, 3/4" wide, need to insert a key before you can turn it on. My dad's friend in China sent him some.
