I was thinking the same thing as AJ. I wonder if he was cataloging what was "left" in the house. No idea why anyone would leave guns there and unopended boxes on the porch.

If you don't get anywhere with the bank or the management company, I'd take them to small claims court. Make them pay for the new locks, lost wages from work (from going to trial), and mental anguish.

Regardless of who did what in error or not... this is one just weird and scary situation.
