The box you want to uncheck is for misfires.
You don't want to change the plug wire order, the car wouldn't run if they were hooked up wrong. If you had a 95/96 you would have to either change the injector wires or check the "invert CAS signal" in link, but I don't think it's an issue on 97+ since they have the cam sensor on the same side as 1Gs.

Is this a 1g 7 bolt? Why are you running a 1g CAS?
