Getting a slow start on the season, o well. I have 1 tranny complete, and the other one just needs to be re-assembled. The motor is hard blocked, and honed .020" over for the pistons, and the mains are line honed. Now I just need to port the hard block to get water flowing, bring the block down to MAP to get the orings cut into the deck surface. The head is welded up, we cut the intake valve seat out(new one coming) and its been decked, nice and flat again. I have 3 new exhaust valves coming, 3 were bent from last year

and we will do a valve job and then put the motor together. I have new rings, bearings, wrist pins, and all new gaskets coming. The clutch is still holding up and I have 6 rear axels for the track.
The plan is get the block done asap and I figure I need a weekend to get the car together and driving, then break the motor in, and head to a AWD dyno to check the tune and I will not run any more then 45psi this year, I liked driving around at 41-42psi it moves good at that power level.
One step at a time, and if I do not make the MAP proving grounds the 21st of this month I will plan to make the one later this year.
