Easiest thing to do is rent a roller, watch alot of how-to (and how-not-to) vids on youtube, and once you start... GO SLOW!

Its fairly easy, as long as you go slow. Don't get frustrated because of the time and start to make bigger passes to save time. Doing that, you will crack the paint.
