G8 GT uses a L76 engine, although it has some upgrades from most other L76's. The GXP is the one that had the LS3, which is a bad ass car. The regular G8 isn't a slouch either, but doesn't have quite the power or handling of the GXP. It is quite a bit cheaper though and good bang for the buck.
