Front pads between the 8/9/X are all identical (and the same as STI/35Z/G35/TL/etc.).

The aftermarket pads I've tried on Evos are:
Girodisc Magic
RacingBrake ET500
Stoptech Street

The ET500's are probably my favorites as they nearly dust-free but were a great street/autox pad, but at half the price the Stoptechs are a very good pad too and work fantastically on an aggressively driven DD (this is what the guys at GTWorx recommend too); they've yet to let me down during even fast group cruises.
