all construction is done and roads are great.
Side note for anyone tinting or just stopping by, driving anything other than posted speeds in the area will not be ok.
Also, if you're going to be around through the afternoon you're welcome to being fudz to grill but there are also LOTS of places to eat in the area, several in easy walking distance.
