Ok... Then its between the cam and the cam sensor.
If you spin the cam sensor by hand and everything works, then you put the cam sensor in the motor and nothing works... What does that tell ya?
I dont care if the engine is brand new or has a million miles on it.
Either the cam is not spinning the cam sensor, or your timing is way off.
Who put the cams in? Can you take a picture of the end of the cam where the cam sensor slides into?
If this is a new engine, it almost sounds like someone flip flopped the cams and the exhaust cam is where the intake cam should be to where its not turning the cam sensor.
