During muscle car shootout they really cracked down on helmets. I only ran wed night once last yr but I have no prob passing tech. In yrs past I have drove in with no exhaust just a hanging downoipe. That being said the tech guys are not idiots...If you have a big turbo on your car they know it makes power. Best to play it safe and pass tech. I wouldn't worry one bit about a dump tube but they will probably pay attention to helmets and the basic car stuff to keep you and everyone else safe.
