Not exactly basing it on the flange. Note is says MHI not Mitsu flange. I think this will mean any Mitsu based turbo ie t25, t28, 13g, 14b, 16g, 18g, 20g, 25g, EF 1 2 3 4, FP green red black, you get my drift.
