Only if you're talking about the driver and passenger windows. The rest of the glass on a truck/suv or van is exempt from the law that applies to cars. Which may be why you never see one pulled over for a window tint violation. Not sure how you would know what they were being pulled over for anyway. The other thing is the subject of this thread was State Troopers. I have NEVER had a Sheriff's Deputy or City Cop ding me for my tint. Troopers must have a mandate from high up that the tint law will be enforced with prejudice.
