That's a two-way street man
Just focus 110% on not attracting attention to yourself and being extremely polite and respectful to law enforcement. Whenever I get pulled over, 90% of the time it is because I am doing something stupid. The other 50% of the time its because I have illegal tint. Read between the lines there and you'll see that it's generally my fault.
That being said, I'd love to see 85mph speed limits on freeways and more fair/realistic tint and exhaust laws but ultimately it's not gonna happen anytime soon. Make due with what you have, be respectful or earn enough money to pay for the tickets/fines you're going to incur along the way.
