I've studied fluid flow in school. So by that credibility and not from automotive experience, I would say you have two restrictions. You have an exhaust flow restricting where you should get a 3 inch dia. catalytic converter.
You have not fully utilized your 190 lph fuel pump. With the aid of an AFC and an SX FPR, you should be able to control your fuel pressure and fuel feed. The next step as I've studied would be to replace your entire stock fuel lines (
www.stevetek.com) so that you would increase your fuel volumetric flow rate without increasing the fuel pressure.
My hope is that you will have been enlightened to travel a new avenue in search of your solution. Put that 0.500 trim to work!
