If you renew a policy you don't have to wait if your a new customer you will have to wait 72 hours. The basic plan is good for 4 5 miles tows or gold member is 4 100miles and a premium member is one 200 mile tow and 3 100 mile tows but you have to live in certain county. It is worth the money or you can have me tow it using AAA or $90 to hook up and $5 bucks permile plus tax
