Did you check your carrier bushing i know mine is starting to go out more like is shot. . .that in addition, to my center motor mount thats in the middle of the fire wall is missing a bolt up top as well im sure is contributing to my vibration and rub noise. Its almost identical to what you are explaining. My car didnt start doing it untill after i roll started my car.
