Now I've just gotta figure out why it's got such crappy idle surge. I checked out
This Page on VFAQ and tested my ISC and got 38ohms for each pair of pins, so I think it might be something else. Basically what happens is when I stop at a light or something, the rpms will rev up and down like 300rpms consistently. Any advice?
